Any exchange or refund will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end supported by proof by the customers.

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item purchased is defected while opening the package.
In case of defected goods, the product will get exchanged
For this unboxing video is compulsory : a full video proof from opening the mailer of the package till showing the defect in the product with no cuts, no filter and no editing. Without the proof, Kiwi Blossom will be in no position to process the refund or to solve any query regarding that.
No claims will be entertained without proper unboxing video ( opening the mailer of the package then showing products which is inside the box which u will get after opening the mailer)
Note: No Refund and Exchange will be considered in case of size issues or due to change in mind.
Conditions :
An unboxing video should be from the start of the package including the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.
The video should be unfiltered, and unedited with no cuts in between.
The proof should be sent within 1-2 days after receiving the order.
If exceeded 1-2 days Kiwi Blossom will under no circumstance to process the refund.
Only the amount of the product will be refunded and not the shipping cost.
The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable)
No refund or cancelations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the reason being delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services.

If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Kiwi Blossom will be under no obligation to provide any kind of refund.
IMPORTANT:
If the package is returned back to us due to any reason (wrong/incomplete address/contact details. Customer not picking call or rejecting the parcel), only 50% of the Product’s amount will be refunded within 10-15 days after parcel reaching back to us. And if that parcel needs to be send again shipping charges ₹80 have to be paid again for reshipping
